  2. If you need SVInstal in a hurry you can FedEx a cheque to me. Upon 
  3. recept of payment I will set up an account on my FTP server and you can
  4. download the production version off the Internet.

  6. FedEx (or any overnight courier) will not ship to a post box, so email
  7. me that you wish to order via this method and I will provide a street
  8. address.
